The House Always Wins IV Receptionist Glitch

So right now, I'm trying to go along with Mr. House's plans and he's asking me to investigate the Omertas. To do so, he says I need to talk to the receptionist about their plans, but the option to discuss this with the receptionist never comes up.

I had the same issue in the "How Little We Know" quest line.

Is there anyway to fix this glitch?

You don't "need" to talk to the receptionist, you just need to complete the omerta questline and foil their plans. You can start the quest by talking to other named people in there. I believe cachino might be one of them.
