When I go to Broc flower cave and I go and to find Jane's Brahmin and when I went in her Brahmin wasn't there and yes I had the quest selected and yes I also looked up a video to confirm that is where it was

The brahmin does not spawn if you already entered the cave previously.

It despawns if you visit the cave before the quest.

It may be possible for it to respawn or to place a new one.
