First Recon sniping perk?
Does anybody else know about this? Was this a mod or am I just having a case of Mandela effect? Not tied to the first Recon beret either, it was just a perk that you could get normally through Leveling up.

It could have been simply the "Sniper" perk and you were getting it mixed up with Boone's "Spotter" perk that highlights enemies.

I checked, I've never had more perks installed and it doesn't appear to be there, the likely answer may be that I'm crazy

If it helps anyone's Thought process I remember it being in the same vein as Cowboy perk or grunt. It gave you a damage and accuracy bonus for the sniper rifle and similar long-range rifles. But at this point I do honestly think that I got it mixed up with a sniping perk
