Probably the two best out there, and both are pretty lore-friendly featuring older songs.
There is both Mojave Music Radio eXpanded, and Mojave Music Radio Extended mods...
I'm using the "eXpanded" mod, http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/39270/?
The "extended" mod is a completely different list of songs which I have not tried.
