Borderless window thing

Wanted to play this game again for a very long time but there is one problem. borderless window, how do i fix it?

I open the game in fullscreen but i can still move my mouse outside the game while playing, it tabs down whenever i click outside the game.

Try to reset the graphics options. Try to force a borderless windowed fullscreen. I use OneTweak for this myself.

Are you using any Windows compatibility settings?

i added one tweak thru mod manager and it did not work

what do you mean with that?

Alt+Tab ing while ingame can sometimes cause this. the only way i can think of is to
1. Set game to run windowed mode
2. Start game and exit as soon as it reaches main menu
3. set game to fullscreen
4. start game and dont Alt+Tab at all.

(Use Steam Browser In-game if need to use internet)
