Need some help
Apparently I have bad aim with guns and weapons and want to increase accuracy, but I don't know what skill can improve my weapons and guns. Any solutions?

You might have too low a strength skill. For good guns you should have Strength 7 or 8. Anti-Mat Rifle is STR 10

Actually it takes 8 strength to use the Anti-Material rifle. You need high guns skill for the high tier level weapons, and I would say generally 5-6 Strength to start with. You can use the Strength Implant and Weapon Handling to raise it to an effective 8-9 at level 16.
How do I increase accuracy with snipers while aiming?

Like everyone else said increasing gun skill and having the required strength helps. Don't forget to crouch for it will help your aim tremendously when using a a sniper rifles.

Agility ! plus like everyone else says 'bout strength, if you cant hold the gun steady, or handle its recoil, you are gonna have problems. oh, Use the Chem, Steady, it reduces the spread of all firearms/energy weapons, I don't know if you dabble in drugs, i have a character that abuses the ♥♥♥♥ out of 'em, Steady always does the trick... and Steady + V.A.T.S.= Pop Thier Head Like a Balloon ! but Agility determines overall gun accuracy, while Perception decides Energy Weapon accuracy.

When you first create your character, the Vigor Tester, building your stats, under Agility, the first thing listed is Accuracy. With the skill Guns, your Agility directly effects the guns stat called Spread, which determines the bullets tendency to sprawl in any given direction off from your target point when you pull the trigger, trust me, i've tested this...
