Im at the point where it says I have to settle things will Alice but no new dialog choices appear. I also killed the van graffs by siding with Cass when they wanted to kill her. What am I doing wrong?

After the van graff deal is settled, Cass is satisified via dialog. To finish with Alice, just complete all her quests, I believe 3. That should finish with Alice. I had to do over myself because I didn't like how it ended. Get two items of evidence for Cass. You will need a very high sneak or stealth boy to get into the van graffs and get to a safe in the back room door to get the goods on the van graffs for cass. The other evedence for cass is in Alice's safe by the desk. Do need stealth boys and or high sneak ability to do the quest


Ps, Do alice's quests with gunrunners as optional to finish with alice..

Doesn't Alice give you those three jobs when Cass sends you to Crimson Caravan for work? You can also turn down the gun runners job without any issues.

If you need to settle accounts with Alice, and Van Graff is already dead, I believe there is only one way to finish settling accounts. See what Alice has in her pocket and try to locate evidence nearby. If that doesn't work... put a grenade or c4 in Alice's pocket maybe.

You killed the Van Graffs, so you have to kill Alice with the Crimson caravan. If you wanted the "evidence" route you are supposed to NOT kill either of them even after the quest when you turn it in. Upon killing Alice it will give you bad rep, its better to just drop a nade in her pocket while sneak mode so you wont recieve this bad rep with the NCR.

Putting a grenade on her and getting her key did not complete the mission. I opened the safe next to her desk and there was nothing inside but the usual loot.

this quest has a peacful ending and a revenge ending.

If you have already killed Gloria, and the Van Graff family, after going in to Silver Rush with Cass and getting the evidence from the safe, when you talk to her and try to show her the evidence she will go on about doing it the old fashioned way, and the marker will lead you to Alice to kill her. If you ignore that and still report to Ranger Jackson, he will accept the evidence, and you will complete the quest peacefully gaining the Calm Heart perk. The ranger will also lead you to the quest Can You Find it in Your Heart?

It is possible to kill the Van Graffs first by presenting Cass to them as requested, then objecting when they try to kill her. This method will still allow you to turn in the evidence from Alice McLafferty to Ranger Jackson, and complete the peaceful option.

if this doesnt help, try speaking to Cass before killing Alice. Maybe some new dialogue will appear..

after years i got same quest bug i guess, i killed baptiste and everybody in silverrush for my brotherhood of steel quest and no evidence in safe in silverrush and no cass quest, dialogues anymore :( bye 37 hours
