How to turn vibration for Xbox controller completely off ?

So i play this game with my controller, all good and well. Only thing that annoys me is the vibration, its on off in option but still keeps vibrating. I still use AA batteries for my controller and with that it really sucks the energy out of it. Hopefully there is something do disable it completely.

I am honestly having this issue myself. I use an Xbox One controller. I have tried everything I can, and could not find a solution. It happens when I load a save or start the game. 😡
