Replace the X's with your load order. For instance, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11...

It'll depend on your load order. If you have the default launcher, see what the two-character code is for the load order of Lonesome Road (should be out beside it). (At least, I think the default launcher has that. If not, it still doesn't matter. FalloutNV.esm is 00, DeadMoney.esm (theoretically) is 01, etc. So, for example, if you wanted the duster, and the loading ID for Lonesome Road were 04, it'd be 0400885b, and the helmet would be 0400885a.
