Fallout: New Vegas Launcher Crash Fix

So i was getting an issue where on starting the launcher it woudl just stop working. After looking at lots of posts and trying changing Admin rites,compatability ect. i found something that worked for me.

It is possible you may be missing a .dll file that was not included in the DirectX redist package.
