German low violence version?

Is the Ultimate version the same as the german low violence version in Germany? Or is the ultimate edition with all the DLC the same as the US version?

So for i know is the Ultimate Editon in Germany UNCUT...
I live also in Germay have the Ultimate Editon (but instalt it on Englich and Play it only an Englich- so i dont now it is if you insalt on "german") and YES ALL DLC are in it

Also gibts das ganze Blut und Gore? Ich wills auch auf Englisch spielen, hab mich bloß gewundert weil das normale spiel ohne DLCs German Low-Violence version auf der steam seite anzeigt aber nicht bei der Ultimate version.

Ja genau...
Kannst ja beim Instaliern irgendwie auswählen ob Englisch oder Deutsch...Hab halt Englich genommen und Ja Blut ist drinn ,man kann arme und beine wegschiessen usw...
