How did you handle the Great Khans?
Your first time around when you finally get to Boulder City, you find the same Great Khans that helped Benny kill you held up in a building with NCR hostages. How did you handle this situation in this part of the game? They helped Benny kill you, however Benny betrayed them. They were obviously just paid to do that job, nothing personal just business one could say.

Did you find it in you're heart to help them escape either killing the NCR/Bribing them or use you're silver tongue to get them out of the jam? Or did you let you're rage out and kill them for attempting to kill you?

Many playthroughs I know, you could have done all of them. What I'm asking is what did you do on you're first playthrough.

I have only done the letting them go option for as long as I've ever played new vegas.

I've always let them go, except once on an evil legion playthrough. Since I max speech first I negotiated a deal, and I always honor my word so I let them go. If I wanted revenge I'd go after the entire camp, which I've done before.

Their large ammo stores are persuasive enough for them to live through any playthrough...

First play through? I chose revenge. For them it may have just been business, but my first character took getting shot in the head very personally.

In my first playthrough I killed the Great Khans. On my current playthrough I created remote detonated fat mines and placed it through the ranks of the great khans and the NCR soldiers and blew them all to hell.

I didn't really connect to the story, probably due to the fact that you find them hours later, after doing a bunch of stuff NOT related to getting revenge, and I just do the good guy thing most of the time, so yeah
release hostages, let Khans go

I really don't like when people say "It's just Business. Nothing Personal."
Knowing full well what the risks are when taking on such a job and knowing full well that killing may be involved.
That is like signing up to be in the Military and saying "I don't want to kill anyone." knowing full well that if self-preservation is something you poses you are going to have to kill someone to maintain your existence.
In my eyes that is making it personal.
Sorry if anyone else sees differently, I am just expressing my morals.
You are contracted by whoever to do a job and you are being paid, hopefully a lot of money, to do this job well and only get the rewards IF you stay alive.

The bitter inside that rots a man's, and women's, heart will only lead to self destruction through a life of misery and self tourment.

Therefore; enacting my own brand of justice, an eye-for-an-eye, would bring great satisfaction knowing I harmed those who have done me and/or my kin wrong.
However. Thinking long term about the actions I impose, at that moment in time, will effect not only my own life but the lives of others around me.
Wars have been waged over such greed and violence, which blossom from revenge.

So to say; "It's nothing personal" is a huge overstatement.

Same, personally , people that sell drugs in my opinion aren't people i want in my idealistic Roman Society. Other than the one guy who wants to join the Followers, they are pretty much killed every playthrough.

That's very beautiful man, much probs to you for saying such words. Thanks for taking this topic so seriously and giving me such a nicely detailed answer on what you think about this. I really enjoyed reading you're post :)

As a Mongolian my self, I just personally slaughter these pathetic impostors while laughing maniacally.

Er... well, that was only the first time, I swear. I usually help them break rank with the legion and set them loose. Live and let live, I guess.

They're brilliant for target practise, though usually I just strip them all naked aswell as the NCR, and force them to fight eachother and any survivors are pitched against eachother until only one survives, and then I fire archimedes at him.
