Anyone familiar Lings Coiffure mod

So I found a mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/36733/?

As you can see in the link, the mod use Lings coiffure mod to change companions faces. For instance: add eyelash, bigger eyes, smaller and smoother faces.

I really liked it and downloaded and installed Lings Coiffure mod immediately. which is this:

Everything works perfectly, I've got beautiful companions, and that Lings mod also changed appearance of some NPC, which is also awesome.

BUT...

HOW THE HELL can I change my own character's face??!!

There is no clear description or instruction on the mod page, I opened Race menu, Barber menu and Plastic surgeon menu but find nothing close to "eyelashs",and my companion's eyes are also a lot bigger than default setting, but I can not find that option either...

SO MY QUESTION IS: HOW DO I CHANGE MY CHARACTER'S FACE (EYELASH AND EYES) IN LINGS COIFFURE MOD?
