Legion Quests
So i started my third run of the game recently and decided i will side with the legion this time. Soon i also discovered to be lacking in faction quest when it comes to the main ones or even the unmarked ones. Compared to an NCR run that is.

Is there any interesting things i should try out as i go forward into the game while playing ? for example, i know i am able to be the leader of the great khans. Any other interesting things like the aforementioned example i should or able to try ?

I feel like specifically looking for stuff you haven't done like a checklist is just spoiling the entire point of an RPGs replayability
If I told you "you can become the leader of X if you do Y" then that instantly becomes less interesting because you already know it

Just play and make choices you didn't before, explore places you've never been, do things you never thought to try. Each playthrough ill be fun and unique and different

Sadly a lot of Legion content had to be cut due to time constraints put on the devs by Bethesda. Siding with Legion makes for a pretty bare bones game.

Do every single thing you can that negatively affects the legion before Caesar invites you, then sit back and listen to the whole 20 minute rant about all the ways you wronged him.

Haha sadly i went for the legion route right away. Like i even progressed through the main quest so fast just so that i can get to the fort quicker

It depends if you are doing an "Evil" run or just siding with legion for the battle of hoover dam. If you are doing an "Evil" run, there are quite a few quests that you can just do the evil option, like helping the powder gangers raid goodsprings, helping out the fiends, being a pain in the ass to the NCR, stealing from everyone, passing negative speech checks and basically killing them/start fights, and sabotaging the rocket in come fly with me. I guess when it comes down to purely legion quests they mainly start coming in full force once you decide to help out the legion officially, but before that you can decide what to do with people such as novac, freeside, etc. you can help most towns to like you and still side with legion for the end battle. As the same with any side, the ncr for example will want you to either side with the brotherhood or destroy them etc, while legion wants you to destroy the brotherhood. same with the great khans i think. so both legion and ncr quests that directly effect the outcome of the game are mainly activated once you choose an official side for the hoover dam battle.

That is brilliant! Did you kill these legion guys in Nipton already? If yes, was it tough and which level did you have?

Also, some quests given by the NCR can be a "legion" quest because they have an option to betray the NCR in that quest. For example, first sergeant astor i think his name is can give you a quest to plant a bug in the legions radio at cottonwood cove, but you can instead expose the legion of the NCRs plan to bug them and gain legion fame, hence an NCR given quest can be helpful for legion playthroughs.
