i never use enbs, they make the game run like ass and most of the time break immersion for me. What i reccomend is downloading NCM's 4k texture pack, and this little mod here:

The mod removes all of the filters that are put over the game and makes everything a little more realistic in the color department.

ReShade is the defacto non-ENB shader system.

If you are on nVidia, New Vegas is whitelisted on Freestyle so you can use that instead without having to install any 3rd party software.
