(Dead Money) Dean Domino Invincible on "Curtain Call at the Tampico"

My Game is Modded, but as far as I am aware, the only Mods that I got, that affect Dead Money, is the FCO Character Overhaul, and Hardcore Refined Rates. Everything else is just Graphic Improvement Mods, Sound Mods, Weapon Animation Mods, some Laser and Plasma FX Mods, and general Bugfixing and Anti Crash, as well as MCM and NSVE.

But, Dead Money is where Im currently facing trouble.
Over the Course of the DLC, I've used Console Commands to unlock Terminals (Im not a Science build) and Toggle Collisions for Saving time. In the Base game, they haven't broken any Quests so far.

I'm at the Part of the DLC where I dealt with Christine, and Dog, and have to deal with Dean Domino last, and I do everything by the book, pick up the Vera music Sheet, go through the backstage, go to the Projector, and go to Confront Dean, and when we Fight, I kill him, I get the XP, but it says "Dean is Unconscious" and he gets right back up to Keep shooting me again. And I shoot him. And he falls down. And he gets back up. Like if he still has his "Essential NPC" status still enabled, even though my Quest says literally "Kill Dean Domino." I've tried looking up Console Commands to make him Non Essential, so I can actually Kill him, but so far none I saw work. It said something that you could only use Base IDs, and not Ref IDs, when you go up to him, click on him in Console, and put setessential 10241414 0.

I've even tried clicking on him in Console, and typing "kill" and all he does is slump on the ground, Unconscious, before getting back up.

I dont know if there's any Bugfix mods for Dean Domino being Unkillable, or if there's a Console command to get rid of his Essential Status, as I think Dead Money is one of the Few times your Companions in Hardcore are Essential, or if I have to Restart Dead Money using No Console Commands whatsoever, in case that Breaks Quests, or if my General Modded Game is completely Fubbernucked from the Start.

Any help will be Greatly Appreciated.

That's the wrong base ID for Dean.

I don't know if this will fix it even with the correct ID.
