References to Joshua Graham before Honest Hearts?

I know Chief Hanlon talks about Graham in lenght in the basegame, but i either can't recall or don't remember anyone else who mentions him directly or as the Burned Man in the Mojave (Happy Trails doesn't count). Does anyone know where else other than Camp Golf I can go to get a backround on the man before I start the associated DLC?

I can't recall either but I think I remember some highly-ranked members of the Legion explaining to my character how powerful he was and how forbidden it was to even pronounce his name nowadays. Can't find specific people though.
