How to find item IDs from mods ingame?

Hey

I want to spawn in some Mod weapons, and although I know their names(I have used them before) I do not know how to find their IDs in New Vegas. In Skyrim I found the help command useful for finding the item IDs of mod items, but how do you do it in New Vegas?

Of course, I do not have said weapons on or near me, so I can't check their IDs the typical way.

the easy way to do this is to get Item Explorer (and MCM if you dont have) off nexus and you can easily spawn in items from whatever mod you want.
