Nellis Solar Array Terminal Dissapear

Before I completed the ant misbehaving quest. There was a terminal next to the Nellis solar array that has a error message on it. I completed the ant misbehaving quest and it simply dissapeared! I heard its not important but i still dont understand how it would just dissapear. Anyone else have this problem?

Same exact thing happened, over looked the main switch while heading out and found that terminal behind the gate. After that, I found the last switch and went back outside to see if any different options would pop up on the terminal, but there was nothing in site. probably just my imagination but i could swear there was a tan line mark on the wall from the missing terminal, lol.

As far as I know, it has been like this since game release. Ive never heard of a fix for it, or even if that terminal has a function.
