Possibly useful tips for the cannibal perk in "Fallout New Vegas"

When you reach level 4 you will be able to activate the "Cannibal" perk which will allow you to devour the corpses of humans while sneaking, after eating 25 people you will gain a special perk called "Dine and Dash" which allows you to eat someone and then take a part of them to eat later. Now when you get to level 12 you will be able to activate "Ghastly Scavenger" which will allow you to eat mutants and ghouls. To devour something you must be sneaking, devouring something will heal your Hit Points (HP). DO NOT eat people (this includes mutants and ghouls) infront of other people or they will try to kill you, but there is an acception and it is the only acception to this rule that I know of is if you eat in front of your companion they won't care about it.
I hope that this might have been usefull but im sure that by this time people will already have know these things, so it probably wasn't, but thank you if you read it anyways.
