Absolutely. This game has guns, it even allows you to shoot them from the first-person perspective, but this game is not a shooter but rather an RPG. If you come looking for refined and nuanced gunplay you will be sorely dissapointed. Roleplaying is what this game was designed for, and it is there that it shines.
There lies the problem. I tried NV with a controller for like a minute cause I forgot i had mine plugged into the computer and I was like eh I'll give it a chance. EW how anyone could play these games on a console is beyond me.
