Fast way to make caps?

I need a ton of caps for ammo and anti material rifle and Sprtel Wood 9000 so can you help me how can i get caps fast?

Don't forget to sell all of the packs and cartons of cigarettes to Trudy when she has caps. She gives nearly if not 100% for them. Where as everyone else gives 60%-70% for cigarettes.

Play blackjack until your a win or 3 away from getting booted from the casino, then do Slots with max bet. Save beforehand. Go for jackpot. With luck 9 or 10, shouldn't be more than a few minutes, but you will have to revert a few times due to lower wins.

Crafting, exchange lower tier items for expensive craft items, lonesome road rockets, Thick Red Paste and black blood sausage (Requires Thems Good Eatin perk), Doctors Bags if you're not using them (Hydra is superior).

Collect and sell weapons from enemies. With or without jury rigging, a full HP minigun sells for a lot of caps. Some weapons aren't worth the hassle, but are worth lugging around with jury rigg.

You can't do it forever but if you fail the quest involving guarding the silver rush in freesias by letting g the bomber(4th person in)you can take all their combat armour and gutless it to a companion and sell if for very good money I think the lowest value in the pipboy was 6000(about 3500 sell) and the lowest was about 3000 so it's very good for day getting high value weapons but I used it to repair weapons

Go to silver rush, Drag the items into the bathroom and sneak and steel them, Easy caps

Did a level 1 run on Lonesome Road DLC first.

Came out with 30k+ caps, Full Riot Gear, and Anti material rifle in mint condition. Otherwise just do Dead Money and collect all gold bars, ez.

Fastest way I can think of is the item duplication exploit:

1. Buy a bunch of low cost ammo (.22, 5mm, etc...)

2.Find a container with a valuable item/material Do not remove it yet

3. Add the low cost ammo to the container, remove everything in the container until its just the ammo above the thing you want to duplicate

4. Timing is important on this
-Left click on the ammo and then immediately press the take all button.
-If you do this right you should see the ammo get removed from the container but the prompt to select how much of the ammo you want to remove should still appear.
-At this point, whatever amount you select to take for the ammo will actually instead duplicate the item to that amount instead

What's the point of spending time and effort duping in a game that has a dev console?

Explain the difference.

Mods and console are an intended feature of the game. Exploits by their definition are *not*.

In all cases, you are intentionally breaking the game balance. In the case of exploits, you're just doing more work.
