Not an ENB, but it's easier to install, has less performance loss that an actual ENB, and doesn't come with the problems an ENB brings to the table.
currently using classic enb. has a more orange tint, but the bloom is crazy strong
Ignore ENB and *just* use a weather and lighting mod.
You won't lose performance, won't have to disable IQ stuff like MSAA and AF, won't have transparency and emissive texture bugs, won't have to tweak lighting based on your monitor and color calibration, etc.
ENB for NV was never finished by Boris, and is still buggy and inefficient. ENB also generally works not by improving things, but by covering them up with various types of blurring. It simply isn't a complete piece of software, unlike ENB for Skyrim.
If you want color correction, use ReShade or nVidia's Freestyle.
NVR is also currently broken - you can no longer get the 1.3 version that was mostly playable, and current 3.4.1 is buggy as all heck. NVR4 is just about to go into beta, so that may change but as of now, ignore NVR.
Excellent choice :D
