Honest hearts is basically more of the same type of gameplay as the base game, but it's definitely the shortest DLC.
Old world blues is probably the longest if you do all the side stuff, but it's also pretty grindy.
Lonesome road is okay, but very combat heavy and it's the finale of the DLC that ends the over arching story that takes place between all the dlc so it should be done last after all the other dlc and usually near the end of the game.
Gun runners arsenal just adds a bunch of new weapons and ammo to the base game and just fleshes it out more, but no new content otherwise. But it's still good for it's price
