How do I stream FNV to Discord?

Whenever I tried to stream FNV to Discord, it will freeze FNV, making it unplayable. How do fix this problem?

I just stream my screen rather than the actual game and don't have any problems.

I think using oneTweak to run FNV in borderless windowed moded will help you avoid focus-based crashes from streaming/alt-tabbing.

Dude, I couldn’t get anything to make this work. But I finally got it simply by starting the stream before loading the game file. It worked just like normal from the main menu.

discord overlay on older gamebryo engine games (Oblivion, FO3, New Vegas) can break the game, even on windowed borderless

I downloaded one tweak and it doesn’t do anything and when I click stream on discord it’s fine then when I hit Start game it just cancels my discord :/

This works, everyone playing Fallout because of the show, THIS IS THE FIX.
I also turned off the "experimental capture" feature in discord near the bottom of voice and video settings.
