What we could have had an hour video on cut content of the strip.
The Strip and the world around it should be about 5 times the size it actually is.
As for it being scaled in comparison to real life, I think Obsidian was going more for 1950's-1960's Vegas which was smaller and more compact compared to what is now.
Strip, Freeside open is very taxing on even decent hardware good to see what their intended plan for both cells were.
Not saying you can't just both mods are enabling unfinished scrips and files in the game so bugs can happen.
