How many of the NPC's of the main factions do you kill before the last battle ?

When you do yes men or NCR/Legion how many of your enemy faction do you kill before the battle ?

When I do Yes Men I have to say I kill every single legion and NCR NPC I can find, killing ceaser and everything before the last battle.
How do you do it ? killing everything before it or what do you do ?

you can kill every single ncp in the game before the dam. yes man is the only one who needs to be alive

For my Independent run, I've been systematically eliminating the Legion throughout my playthrough so there aren't really any left by the time I get to Hoover Dam.

Nope you also can't kill Festus and unless you use TCL you can't kill the gunrunners vendatron
