did i break da game?!?!
i am level 18 at level 15 i did the zion valley dlc after i had already gotten the platinum chip but not killing house yet, im trying to do the quest where you go meet with caeser but they are still aggressive to me even with the mark of caeser

Did you attack any members of the legion? If so then that's why they are hostile
