I got level 50 and i was not able to get the perk it was not available for me

Did you have neutral or evil karma?

I did the xp glitch i had neutral for goodsprings and wild child for the powder gangers

You need to have good karma to get the perk

I would assume theres a perk if you have neutral or bad karma you get those same benefits?

There are the evil and neutral perk equivalents but they do no have the same benefits.
