Any Clues For White Glove Society? [SOLVED]

Do you guys have any SPOILERS FREE clues on how to get information on White Glove Society? I tried dressing as one of them and got into a restricted room but its literally just a Lounge. Nothing interesting in the Basement too

You obviously didn't search the basement well enough

Guys I figured out how to start the quest for White Gloves Society. I had to find Heck Gunderson and talk with him

When quest markers won't help, turn on vats, target something, cycle through available targets into you find a unique name. Talk to them, exhaust dialogue. Nothing? Try again.

I found where Ted should've been but since I didn't start the Quest he didn't spawn in there
