smooth true iron sights camera install?

downloaded the smooth iron sights mod and all the required mods, but it doesn't seem to be working. mod page says: "Enable 'bSmoothIronsightsCameraTransition' in the Pause->Settings->Tweaks menu. Won’t show in load order as there is no esp.", but the tweaks menu isn't showing up in game.

You need Stewies tweaks as written in the requirements. Do you have that mod?

If the Tweaks option is missing theres a problem with Stewies mod, not the smooth ironsight mod. Try reinstalling it or seeing if you have the requirements (If there are any, i forgot)
