Check your fallout in documents folder
If it on c/user/your user name/onedrive/document/fallout = game will not run, it not crash you cant see any crash error on computer log
Solution use revo uninstall to remove one drive completely from computer
If you already remove it by using control panel but it still save in "c/user/your user name/onedrive/document/fallout" install it again then use revo uninstall to remove one drive completely from computer
Remember to check your path and change on regedit https://www.pcgamer.com/onedrive-default-folder-location-fix-disabled-keeps-recreating/
True, others solved it years ago. It took me three days of trying to get the game to run, until I remembered that it was ASLR back in 2018 that was causing the game to fail to start. In those days I checked the Guide section and forum to no avail. Thus I decided to write my own guide in order to help others suffering from this problem.
I had a save file a few years ago that was attached to one drive. At the time, my game worked fine, but I wanted to play the game again and I was having this looping problem. Turns out, my problem was that I had been signed out of one drive and it took me signing back in to fix my issue
