do you think somehow Vault-Tec was responsible for the destruction of The Divide? it was a prosperous developing community just like the NCR and if you watched the show you know Vault-Tec doesnt like competitors and maybe pulled a few strings which lead to the Courier delivering that package that would seal the Divide's fate idk tho what do yall think?

Interesting take, to be sure. Its been so long since I played the Divide, I cannot concur because I don't remember it at all.

However, Hank does have to have something to do there, right? Otherwise we can't cut to him throughout his journey and back to Lucy and Maximus. It's a chase, so we should see his journey as well. So somebody (some power players? boomers, great khans, etc.) are still around. Or is House the only one left? Imprisoned in the Lucky 38 after his securitrons failed him. Sealed off; the strip turned into a cruel irony of his lack of humanity.

Todd would say that the courier never made it to New Vegas; (I would hope this is not the case, but the writers nuked the NCR...

It's stated in the DLC that that the courier was caring was from Navarro and the NCR sent it, and that then blew up the nukes. So the only connection V-T and the divide has is though the Enclave.

Vault-Tec was behind all of New Vegas, why do you think there are so many inaccessible doors in Vault-21 that House supposedly filled with concrete? Why do you think House was at the Vault-Tec meeting?

Vault-Tech's gone, destroyed when the missiles hit. What's left of it is the Vaults themselves and the parts of it that helped create the Enclave. Speaking of the Enclave, they're the ones that are ultimately responsible for the Divide. They built the device that triggered the nukes under Hopeville, with that result in mind; they WANTED those nukes to detonate. The only connection the NCR has to that is that the NCR found the device in the Navarro base and sent it to Hopeville to find out what it was.
