Wild Card : Change in management bugged?

I did everything in the quest and its not giving me a new quest, or finishing it

- killed mr house
- got the lucky 38 key from some ncr base

Do I do the other wild card quests? or should I use console to just finish the current quest?

I did it before getting the keycard I think that might've screwed something up?

Ok so, spawning myself a platinum chip fixed it
I gave the chip to mr house for the upgrade, I guess you were supposed to get it back after killing him or something but I just didnt, or it somehow disappeared from my inventory

I had this problem, in my case Caesar was holding onto the Platinum Chip until the securitrons were upgraded or destroyed. After that I could keep the chip when you leave
There's no indication in the quest log that you actually need the chip when installing Yes Man, but once you've got it you can just talk to him to continue the quest
