Disable mods one by one to see which one could be causing it(hopefully you're using MO2)
I Also saw a previous thread of someone mentioning downgrading their amd driver fixing the issue. No idea what would be causing it if you're on nvidia. I'm on adrenalin 24.3.1 without any issue.
Other than that, you should have followed the utilities and bug fixing section of the viva new vegas guide that fixes a bunch of issues.

Probably going to do a clean install and do the crash fixer and see what happens because I can't even get the game to work without some go around BS preventing it from crashing lol

It's allegedly caused by the latest AMD graphics driver. I don't think it's caused by mods.

AMD issue. Downgrade your drivers to December 2023 update

Fixed it. Idk how but, i fixed it. Without using NVAC i just downloaded a fallout 3 work around, then installed a few stability mods, and ran the 4gb ram patch in the main folder, now everything works perfectly. I can link the video if you'd like to bring your AMD cards up to date lol.

Yeah new vegas anti crash causes way more issues than it solves by bypassing errors that would normally cause ctd and can potentially break your save file in the long run. Run Yvile's Crash Logger to troubleshoot crashing instead to get to the root of the causes.

Well it's weird, i swear i did the same thing the few days before, but it didn't work. I think it's because i got so annoyed i clean installed it. then installed the mod fix into the folder and boom.

At first, going outside there was a lot of flashing, but with a couple of mods that fixed bugs, it was just fine. Happy as all hell.

It's the fallout 3 intel bypass (Even if you have AMD it doesn't matter) which got it to work, after slowly adding other mods, this video

Helped fix A LOT of the bugs/glitches that were happening. You can just get a few of them, don't need every single one.
