Help with "How Little We Know" quest [spoilers]

I already got rid of clanden and I told troike that I would go to the NCR if he didn't come clean then passed the speech check to get him to set the explosives himself so now I'm at the part where the quest says to leave the casino and wait a little while for troike to finish

But I left the casino, traveled around, waited 4 hours, came back and still no quest update! What do I have to do?? Do I have to do something else specific that the quest is not telling me, in order for it to update??

Its not a known bug, i'd recommend waiting a bit longer. Otherwise use console command:

setstage 00110A63 60

to get to the next part of the quest.

running that command automatically fails the quest for me :(

I went back, talked to cachino, told him about clanden then about troike and then the quest magically updated saying troike had finished sabotaging the weapons.

that step happens completely differently from what the wiki details

ok.. whatever. this quest is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ buggy -_-
