In what order should i Play the DLCs?
I am yet not finished with the Main Questline, going for House ending and i am hesitant to play the DLCs due to not knowing with which one i should start. is ther like a ''chronological'' order to it or can i just go winnie nillie about it? :er_sad: :er_sweat:

Save Lonesome Road for last, it has ties to the main narrative

The others are a bit freeform, I'd do Old World Blues first due to the perks you can get from it.
Though if you get used to the weapons you get from there, going to the Madre can be a bit jarring, so you could get Dead Money done out of the way first too.

Release order. Dead Money -> Honest Hearts -> Old World Blues -> Lonesome Road

Although the common advice is to play Honest Hearts first, because it's easier and ties in less with the others narratively.

OWB has stuff connected to Father Elijah and Christine, though.

Frankly, I'd do Old World Blues first, then Honest Hearts, then Dead Money (if you really want suffering), then Lonesome Road.

This pretty much.

Though Dead Money you may want to be a bit careful with, it plays a little different than the other DLC (can't bring anything in from the Mojave, can't return after leaving). I highly recommend making a hard save before you start it.

Honest hearts, old world blues, lonesome road.
Don't play dead money.

Dead Money is skill based not gear based, thats also why theres so many skill books spread around its map. Besides that the game itself recommends you play it at level 15 while HH is best at 10

It's a good thing I made sure to mention that you can play Honest Hearts first.

The order of the story:
Honest Hearts, OWB, Dead Money then Lonesom Road. They all connect narratively.

You *can* play DM then OWB, they both work either way really.

Yeah just wanted to add some more info on your point about the release order considering some people still use as play order

Order of release is what I do. But DM and HH are interchangable.

Really the order does not matter so long as you save LR for last. Some prefer doing DM after OWB, but the ending slide for OWB states that LR is the "courier's final road to walk" but if you don't care enough about what an ending slide states then there's no issue with switching DM and OWB. HH is arguably the easiest of the DLC and it's story isn't as connected as the others which is why many prefer doing it first.
Order of release gives you the OG experience that we all had back when the game was still new and we all played it for the first time.

Playing Old World Blues and Honest Hearts before Dead Money and Lonesome Road might give you some narrative hints to the characters you'll meet later, but you might not appreciate them as much if you don't play the DLC in chronological order either.
