Is the Enclave finally dead? (SPOILERS FOR SHOW AND GAMES)
Attacked in 76 by the Vault 76 Dweller and the early Brotherhood, their oil rig exploded in 2 by The Chosen One, Defeated in 3 by the Brotherhood and The Lone Wanderer, remained as remnants in NV, and scavengers in 4. I was still surprised and excited to see them alive and functioning in the TV show. These guys have taken so many L's that I'm still in disbelief that the new Brotherhood hasn't found them or any other faction hasn't eradicated them yet again.

Even if you don't count the Non-Cannon TV show the ENCLAVE are not dead.
As for why the BOS or NCR have not killed them yet, they (like the BOS) have plot armor so every time Todd and Emil are too lazy to make a new faction they can bring them back.
The enclave themselves are not dead, they're just fractured.

Think of them like what happened after the fall of the Empire in Star Wars. All the generals and such took their enclave groups and commanded them like they are the main enclave.
The enclave have bases all around the mid U.S, with a huge chunk of their force in Canada as well. You can meet an enclave remnent in far harbor who talks a little about how the fractured enclave are operating. That they've "lost their vision".
They aren't dead, they're just not a unified fighting force at the moment. They'll probably return when the Canadian remnents decide to take a stroll across the border.

The show is canon, Confirmed by Todd Howard. I hate it too.

Also No Canadian Enclave that's just head-Cannon, most likely they fled to chicago during Broken Steel and are rebuilding there before they get whipped out by the BOS again only to somehow be back again next game.

It's not headcanon, The former Enclave member in FH came from a Canadian Enclave detachment that was patrolling across the border.

No he didn't. He was from a scouting party that went from the capital wasteland up to the commonwealth or somewhere else in the northeast. Even if it was a Canadian Enclave it was only a squad or 2 at most. So not that much manpower

If you need a reminder on what he says watch this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nm1YBpeo8Bs

Enclave was destroyed in Fallout 2, only remnants remain scattered around Nevada as old Veterans, In bethesda games, they just wanted to replicate the cool villain to destroy just once again
Schrodinger's Enclave:

they're dead whenever bethesda wants them to be dead, the most powerful force in the wasteland whenever bethesda wants them to be.

In the Black isle games they had a army base somewhere in the mid west, They had Enclave Vault-Research Control, In the Fallout bible they had bases all around the world, Implying that the map on the rig was a map of there bases. And in NV they had a base in Chicago

The been dead since Fallout 2, all that remains is old geezers spread out in Nevada to escape the NCR. Anything else is fanfiction.
Okay, so you are either smoking weed or just joking because this is the most garbage theory I've ever heard of.
Thats literally how it is though?
