I had an encounter with him, was sneaking in some building, he suddenly appeared, almost crap my pants, then I killed him.
i was wondering what the boomers bombardment were doing firing whenever i saw them fire at that little area again.
I think it was Malcom holmes following me all the way to Nellis airforce base. but he never got me instead he found me at Cottonwood Cove when i arrived back in the mojave from Caesar's Camp.
One playthrough I wanted to rush thumpthump found him as I was leaving the solar array. He gets you anywhere.
He comes out of nowhere like a stalker.
That's what I would call scary.

I get that, it just doesn't bother me for some reason. I like to play d'bag evil characters more, but killing him just doesn't seem right,
I'd rather kill the gamblers on the strip lol.
"Don't talk to me!"
"I don't talk to *nobodies*, not when i'm having the time of my life!"
"What makes you think i give a damn about you?"
Bastards.
