{TTW} game CTDs on large explosions

it happens on bigger explosions, like car explosions and fat man bombs
here's my load order (i noticed the anti-car explosion plugin was in a bad spot, but i'm fairly certain that it isn't causing the crashes because i crashed when i didn't have that plugin as well)
