They recommend the same stability mods I do lol.
1. long loading screens that will sometimes be infinite/freeze the game
2. black screens where you can move+hear audio but can't see anything
3. stuttering especially in Primm
4. corrupted save files were more common due to memory leak issues(same issue in Skyrim)
5. bad FPS in general. you gotta remember that Todd Howard made this game run on 30 FPS for "cinematic" purposes despite it struggling to even hit that
the PC port, despite it being a bad port, is still a huge upgrade over consoles especially with mods that can fix all of the problems vanilla console NV had and make it look+sound more modern.
