Faster on PC?
I own and played Fallout New Vegas and all of the dlc on xbox 360. As much as I enjoyed the game the load screens take a while. Is this game faster on pc and how much in comparison? Also, how stable is it? Because its not fallout unless it corrupts your save file.

Depends on your hard drive/ssd but overall yes. Stability can vary by person, build, and whether or not NV likes you today

Heh heh, load times are inconsequential on PC. How it compares to Xbox I can't tell you, I haven't used a console since the original Nintendo. Stable is another matter, you'll need a few mods:

Make sure to lock your FPS to 60, and if you're using an AMD video card ... well, I'm sorry. Good luck!

Pc runs better. Way better. But instead you might want to check this out

The guy above me posted a link to viva new vegas. The first part of the guide is all about optimization, which increases performance. Just follow that section if you are going to stay vanilla, but it's a good framework for any modded playthrough.

i played new vegas on my ps3 back in the day and the consistent problems were:

1. long loading screens that will sometimes be infinite/freeze the game
2. black screens where you can move+hear audio but can't see anything
3. stuttering especially in Primm
4. corrupted save files were more common due to memory leak issues(same issue in Skyrim)
5. bad FPS in general. you gotta remember that Todd Howard made this game run on 30 FPS for "cinematic" purposes despite it struggling to even hit that

the PC port, despite it being a bad port, is still a huge upgrade over consoles especially with mods that can fix all of the problems vanilla console NV had and make it look+sound more modern.
