Stewie Teaks menu issue, please help ?

So i installed everything like it was intended, its a brand new windows format, everything is spot on and working, but as soon as i try to open the tweaks menu this shows up:

"Tweaks menu requirements UI organizer (2.30+) and JIP LN NVSE (52.70+) are present but failed to load"


The mod loadout is literally exactly as it was before the format and was working just fine.

Also as a side note if someone can help with this too:

When i install and activate Mod configurator menu (to use the sprint mod) the game launches but freezes, freezing actually the whole pc and i have to restart, even if the sound is still playing.

Not sure if this is much help but I followed a mod guide for Viva New Vegas and it included stewies tweaks in the install guide. Everything works perfectly for me so maybe check out that guide
