Melee perks to go well with Knock Knock?

any advice for doing a melee build with knock knock? since it doesnt require much to be good, ive already got my melee weapons skill to 93 and will be 100 in a minute.

Slayer is probbably the best Melee perk. It requires Unarmed 90 though, not sure why.
