Wow, there is an impressive amount to unpack here in so few sentences. Most of it wrong.

-House is straight. We know this because of his mistress. Not so sure about a techno fetish, but I wouldn't be shocked.
-He describes the Brotherhood as "emotionally 'un'stable". Which, they pretty much are. No matter how many times they learn the lesson of "if you work with the people of the wasteland (who outnumber you several 100s to 1 and are far more organised then you're willing to give them credit) they don't constantly shoot at you.
It's just easier to wipe them out than try to get them to (re)learn the same lesson they were already taught about 4-6 times now and keep forgetting.
-Even if House has a techno fetish, he considers himself a largely levelheaded man and as such, not emotionally unstable.
-The Courier isn't emotionally unstable. I know this because I've played multiple of them (this is, of course, completely ignoring if you play them as emotionally unstable man-babies. If that's your thing, then that's your thing. Go ham with it).

Very astute observation. Indeed, the REAL reason House targets the Brotherhood is because they are confirmed to be extreme homophobes, as Veronica explains. Therefore, he is at risk of being lynched by the racist Brotherhood for being bisexual, as opposed to being lynched for having advanced technology. Nice catch there.
