Porting Kit Mac users

I'm able to play the game fairly well, however every now and then it won't let me open the new vegas applications because my "storage is too full"
I have the Yukichigai patch as well, but this storage issue is so random. Sometimes when I reset my computer it lets me play, but sometimes not? does anyone know why this is happening?
I have a mac and i'm using aporting kit to play windows games
