Why am I shoot on sight with ncr
I.'m doing an anarchist playthrough and despite me being a wild child in the NCR (so max fame and infamy) I'm shoot on sight with the faction.
Isn't it supposed to be neutrality?

It might be the armor you're wearing. Anybody dressed in Legion armor is "shoot-on-sight" with the NCR.
