Dual Monitor Scrolling
Anyone come up with a fix yet? Getting tired of seeing my non-game monitor going nuts with New Vegas when I scroll lmao

Sorry to resurrect an old post, but I was dealing with this to, found out that IStewieAI's Tweaks and Engine Fixes mod has a tweak called "Prevent inactive window scrolling" so you can fix the game doing that without having to make a windows-wide setting

This. And that Windows-side setting doesn't really solve the issue anymore anyway.

Install lStewieAl's Tweaks[www.nexusmods.com] and its prerequisites, open the ingame Tweaks menu (will be under options), and search for the "Prevent active window scrolling" tweak. Enable it, restart game.
