Gifted Trait
If Gifted (from classic fallout) was a trait in New Vegas, would you take it?
It's +1 on every SPECIAL stat in exchange for -10 on every single skill.
I think it would be worth taking.

Absolutely; skills are easy to get and it's really only -8 to each skill since each skill will get +2 .5 from the stat boost.

yeah because with skilled it barely has any downsides other then you can't take built to destroy
