NEED HELP! General Lee Oliver is Unkillable!

So when I was doing the last quest, Veni Vidi Vici, I had to kill the general Lee Oliver. However, no matter what i shoot at him and what I do, he does not die or get damage. Bullets just go through him and I can't finish the quest. Here is a picture of all my mods https://imgur.com/a/bW15fqo. Please help and thank you.

You might have to use console commands. Open the console by pressing the '~' key, it's usually around the type left corner of your keyboard, click on general Oliver and type 'kill' to kill him. If you want the trophy for completing the quest, then save as soon as he's dead, exit the game completely, and re-enter. That'll re-enable trophies.

ty for responding and i just have to say that itried using the "killall" commadn but it didn't wor. when i tried to ressurect him, it didn't work aswell.

Huh. I can't remember it right now, but there is a certain console command that advances certain quest to their next stage. It's a bit buggy, especially in New Vegas, where you have so many options of what you can do, but it might get the job done. If you look up a list of console commands, you should be able to find it.

i did the "setstage" command but it didn't do anything :/

He's probably set as essential.

Unset that with this...

setessential 1300a9 0

If he's ghosted or destroyed use these...

prid 134db4
setghost 0
setdestroyed 0

it did work in killing him, but the thing is, the quest still says that i didn't kill him

Did you kill all of the other troopers? The script won't update unless all of them are dead.

All of these should be 0.

show "137ab9".OliverTroopersAlive
show "137ab9".OliverRangersAlive
show "137ab9".OliverHeavyTroopersAlive

Either find and kill the remaining troopers, or set these.

set "137ab9".OliverTroopersAlive to 0
set "137ab9".OliverRangersAlive to 0
set "137ab9".OliverHeavyTroopersAlive to 0

This will update the quest.

SetObjectiveCompleted 137ab9 30 1
SetObjectiveDisplayed 137ab9 41 1
set "137ab9".OliverFightDone to 1
