Fallout: New Vegas

Fallout Game Mechanics = Hit Points. How do we balance it?
I decided to create this thread after playing Fallout 3, NV and even 4 ...

In any case, I went to the Fallout wiki and checked the algorithms for all these games.

Basically it works like this:

a)Fallout 3= 90 + (END * 20) + (level * 10);

b)Fallout New Vegas= 95 + (End * 20) + (level *5);

c)Fallout 4 = 80 + (end * 5) + (level - 1)*( [ END/2 ] + 2,5);

Each of those works a bit differently but the major difference between Fallout 3/NV and 4 is that Fallout 4 basically forces the player to get as much END as quickly as possible.

A player on level 50 with 1 END will have less HP than the one with 10 END on the same level. Which is fair, however what is not fair is that you have to put 10 points into END at the very beginning to actually feel the full effect of this.

I think it is one terrible system since it takes away from different builds due to that stupid mechanics. The game wants you to have 10 end so you can become all mighty god of the commonwealth. And you can not compensate for the lost hit points by simply putting the points into END later on, due to the fact that you have already leveled up and those hit points are lost forever.

Now I thought about different formula that would actually award the players for having high END but if they decided to make it better latter into the game it would allow them to do so.

NEW FORMULA:

Hit Points = 50 + (END * 15) + (END * Level);

This New Formula allows the player to increase their health points without making it a waste, but at the same time punishing for having low or very low END.

1.A character with 1 END on level both 1 and 50 will have: 66 hp and 115 hp; Basically dead as special describes it and it makes perfect sense to me.

2.A character with 10 END on level both 1 and 50 will have: 210 hp and 700; Unstoppable rank which suits the character.

-This New Formula allows the player to play either as a mighty tank or a fragile sniper or something in between. But at the same time it rewards putting points into it actually;

It was mainly created for New Vegas and I would like to hear your opinion about it.
